Run-time & Zumara Software Maintenance & Updates

To renew your Clarinet Run-Time software maintenance, check whether your maintenance contract has expired or gain access to the latest version of software, please email Yvonne Parker yparker@pds-test.co.uk at PDS who will be pleased to assist you.

Example Profiles

PDS have produced a range of profiles for SIP, H.323, Q.SIG, ISDN PRI, SS7, DASS2 & DPNSS. Many of these profiles allow the user to make PESQ (Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality) measurements. To perform PESQ measurements an optional USB PESQ key is required. Click here to view example profiles

Profile & Operation Support

Profiles control all of the functions performed by Run-Time & Zumara software. If you experience a problem, please e-mail your profile (.acp file which can be found in the Cladata directory) to support@pds-test.co.uk. This will allow us to identify any errors and to modify or replace the profile for your convenience.
