B-Link4 Application Diagram
Using the B-Link4 to cross connect 4 routers
Calls may be made between two, three or four terminals to test alternative routing or point to multipoint configuration.
Diagram Overview
The B-Link4 has four ISDN basic rate network ports each with 2 bearer channels. This allows any bearer to call any other bearer and for terminals to be plugged into more than one port if extra bandwidth is required. For example, two terminals each capable of 256Kbps could be effectively connected back to back. Multiple ports also offer the capability to use several routers and test alternative routing configurations.
