Yes: The message will be sent in sequence after the delay.

value of time.
If this duration expires, the exchange is automatically ended in sequence.
Send SIGNAL... Access to editing the
attached buffer of IE(s).
Message transmission if validation
No: After the expiration of the delay, the message will
not be sent.
Yes: The message will be sent in sequence after the delay.
- Wait for any received signal: Before entering the next
step.
No: No waiting.
Yes: Waiting for any received signal.
