ID value: A value MUST be defined, according to a particular communication or call.

  • The service and traffic events of the trace displayed by default during the profile execution include the ID value and the type (outgoing/incoming) of the calls currently in progress.
  • The ID value of an outgoing call corresponds with the call number defined in the profile (generator specification).

Note for ISDN and QSIG: The value 0 may select the global Call-Ref or the null Call-Ref depending on the message to transmit (for example Status enquiry on global Call-Ref, Facility on the null Call-Ref).

Out/In: To select the type of call on the Clarinet interface:-

  • Outgoing: Outgoing call defined within the Generator behaviour of the Call simulator in the profile.
  • Incoming: Incoming call defined within the Responder behaviour of the Call simulator in the profile.
  • OK: According to the command context, this command causes the relevant primitive to be sent to the emulator and request a service be initiated.
In particular, that allows the launching of an outgoing call or the clearing of an outgoing/incoming call.
