Clarinet Manager: Manual Commands

Profile execution

 Immediately after the launch of the profile and until the end of execution, the Clarinet Manager window is extended, and the complementary execution dialogue provides access to manual commands relating to the profile.

Quit or

To stop execution of the profile.
This command is useful especially if the profile duration has been specified as infinite.

Execution status

 Execution number and name of the profile being executed.

Profile context

 The profile command context is activated if it is highlighted.

Clarinet i context

The command contexts or command types, which are accessible under Clarinet i, can be used during the profile execution to launch manual commands related to the Clarinet interface with the corresponding number.
The highlighted command context or type is the one currently activated.

Command activation area

 A set of edit boxes, selection lists and command buttons can be used depending on the command context or type currently activated.

Operating rules for manual commands

  • It is advisable to set the Min duration setting in the profile to a value high enough to avoid a premature end to execution.
  • In the case of call simulation:-
    • The manual commands inhibit the repetition mechanism if programmed with the Execution number parameter.
    • The manual commands are applicable on an automatic communication that has already been sequenced. Moreover, the manual commands take priority over the automatic sequencing.
    • The manual command, Call, is especially useful if the Starting delay parameter of the call is infinite.
    • The manual command, Clear, is especially useful if the Data state duration parameter of the call is infinite.
    • The manual command Information is especially useful if the Delay between messages parameters of the call are infinite.
