can be managed on a set of Clarinet interfaces which must be explicitly
identified.
Availability of TS's for outgoing and incoming calls must be defined for each relevant
Clarinet. A TS can be simultaneously available for both call types.
Identifier: The length of the hexadecimal code assigned
to the Clarinet interface C - i depends on the network.
It may be extended up to 16 octets according to the extension bit 8 coding
of the Q931 standard.
