IP Profile Editor
Description: Allows you to provide a short text
description (max. 60 characters) of the characteristics of the current
profile.
Min duration: The profile will execute for at
least the number of seconds specified by the minimum duration.
Once the profile's minimum duration has been reached, and all incoming
and outgoing calls have ended, execution of the profile will cease. An
empty field means the profile will execute for an infinite amount of time.
Behaviour: Configuration of the simulation:-
- Generator:
Specification of the outgoing calls (or connections) of the call simulator.
No: The Generator behaviour is de-activated.
No calls or connections will be launched during the execution of
the profile.
Yes: The Generator behaviour is activated.
- Responder: Specification of the incoming calls
of the call simulator according to the protocol stack.
- IP, TCP,
SIP
No: The Responder behaviour is de-activated.
Yes: The Responder behaviour is activated.
- H323
- Miscellaneous: Specification of various messages
to be sent manually, and then initialise the related service.
Emulators: Configuration of
the emulators:-
Data source definition: To define the characteristics
or a list of pre-selected items for each type of data source to be used.
- Transmitted files:
To define a list of several file names, which could be used as a transmit
files.
- Received files:
To define a list of several file names, which could be used as receive
files to record received data.
- RTP profiles:
To access a list of several RTP profiles, whose specifications could
be used to transmit and receive data.
- Transmitted patterns: Allows you to define
a list of character patterns that will be available for selection as
active sources for transmission when constructing calls in the generator:-
- Ascii: Allows you to view/edit
patterns as ASCII text.
- Hexa: Allows you to view/edit
patterns in hex.
