IP Profile Editor: IE edition
Buffer of IEs: The buffer can be empty, or composed
of one or more information elements.
The current IE is highlighted. It can be selected from the list, or used-defined.
- Current IE: Editing of the IE type:-
- ( / ) None: No IE is defined. The line is not
used.
- (0/x) designation: The IE is selected from the list.
- (0/x) User defined ie: A type value can
be manually entered between the brackets. The string 'User
defined IE' is automatically displayed if the value does
not belong to the list of predefined choices.

Access to the list of standard IE types.
The attributes O and M indicate whether,
according to the standard, the related IE is Optional or Mandatory.
Coding: To edit or encode
the content of the current IE:-
Hexa: To edit the content
of the current IE in hexadecimal mode.
Up: To move the current IE up within the buffer.
Down: To move the current IE down within the buffer.
Sort IE: Option to sort the list of IEs.
No:
The order of the IEs within the buffer is preserved.
Yes:
The IEs within the buffer are sorted.
