Wait for CONNECT ACK:-
 No:
No waiting. Yes:
Waiting for the incoming message.
Send CONNECT ACK: Message
transmitted if it is enabled.
Click on the message to edit the attached buffer of IEs.
- No:
The message will not be sent.
- Yes:
The message will be sent after incoming CONNECT.
Send DISC/RELEASE:
Message transmitted on timer expiry.
Click on the message to edit the attached buffer of IEs.

Layer 3.
Permanent virtual connections
Use PVC management procedures: Optional.
Implementation of procedures for PVC using unnumbered information frames.
These procedures use periodic polling to determine the PVC status and
to verify the integrity of the link.

or several lines displaying the PVC characteristics.
