How to Connect Vseries Interface to Clarinet USB

Rules of wiring

The label on the top of the Clarinet-Book Vseries displays wiring and logical functions.

The Clarinet-Book detects if a convenient cable is connected to one of the HD60 socket:

V24 International cable
V11/X24 cable (X clock)
V11/X24 cable (X/S clocks)
V35 International cable
V35 France cable (pin 1)
V36 cable

 

  • if so, only the relevant LED is turned on
  • otherwise, the 4 LEDs are all turned on.
    An 'Error cable' message is displayed in the event file.
